Skilled Resourcer / Delivery Consultant / Candidate Manager who knows how to tackle briefs head-on.
Someone who thrives in search and delivery, with the ability to map markets and build strong candidate pipelines.
A trusted operator who can run with high-value mandates from start to finish.
IDEAL SKILLS 🎯
6 months to 3 years’ recruitment experience
Exec search / headhunting / retained exposure is a big plus
Strong screening, qualification and candidate engagement skills
Excited by the GTM / SaaS world (or motivated to pivot into it)
Detail-driven, resilient, and motivated by quality delivery

Fee sizes range from £7K to £43K
Primarily UK market with some global reach
