Hey, I'm Grace - the person behind SEEK3R.
After years building tech desks across Europe & USA, then working as a Rec2Rec to place experienced talent across London, I saw how hard it is to find a partner who actually understands recruiters.
I started SEEK3R to offer a service the R2R industry needs more of: honest advice, sharp market knowledge and new job opportunities that make sense to you without any added bias or pressure.
My Story
Like many, I fell into recruitment in my late teens over half a decade ago and spent my career building out tech desks from scratch across both Europe & USA. Having spent my years chasing emerging technology such as DevOps & Cloud which later evolved into AI, Robotics & Autonomous Systems - I learnt what it took to be creative, be diverse, and be seen as a 360 Recruiter in a highly-competitive space. These years taught me everything about how good recruiters think outside the box and what they need to thrive.
After a rewarding career in Technology, I moved into Rec2Rec across London, helping agencies grow by finding the right people to drive their desks forward. "Why R2R?" you might ask... I love the buzz of Salespeople, fluently understanding what they need and matching their talent with the right opportunity. But I also saw a gap: too many recruiters were getting a cookie-cutter service, or advice that didn't line up with how the industry really works.
That's why I started SEEK3R.
I wanted a space where recruiters could talk openly about their career, get straight answers on the market, and connect with agencies that genuinely fit their style. No over-promising, no mass-sending CVs - just an honest, focused service built by someone who's been on the desk and understands the pressure to perform.
Now I work one-to-one with recruiters and agencies across the UK - helping careers grow, helping teams scale, and keeping the process simple.
SEEK3R is the service I wished I'd had when I was making my own moves.
