Join a boutique legal recruitment firm based in Manchester. They're a team of 7 + an office doggy with a really great culture and genuine leadership from two hands-on founders who both still run successful desks.
They’re looking for someone to come in and own the candidate side - searching for and screening and legal talent across all levels. You’d be working directly with the founders, so loads of exposure, learning and quick wins off the back of jobs they both bring in.
The desk you’d be supporting is their highest-performing one with constant job flow and a hugely untapped database full of candidates they’ve not had time to nurture themselves - so there’s tons of low-hanging fruit and quick wins from day one.
🏠 Central Manchester, hybrid (3 days in, 2 WFH)
💰 £27K base, could potentially have some flex.
💸 Plus a £200 - £300 bonus for every single placement you contribute to!
They’re after someone with 6+ months in recruitment (Legal, Finance, or Professional Services ideal, but willing to cross train from any market!), confident on the phone, knows their way around LinkedIn Recruiter and is just genuinely personable & nice to have in the team - no ego types.
It’s a fab setup for someone who loves the candidate side and wants to be properly valued for it.
