Philly’s their US hub - close to NYC, less saturated and bursting with an up-&-coming tech scene. The team’s a mix of UK relocators and local hires, all grafting in a performance-driven but genuinely fun environment.
The Setup
Up to $70,000 (OTE $100–200k+ realistic in year 1)
No threshold, up to 35% comms
Global agency with heavy investment in their US growth
Zero ego team who are all high performers
Hybrid working model from Central Philly
The Market
You’d be recruiting Tech talent into Hedge Funds & Defence — think Software, Cyber, DevOps across both Perm & Contract.
This is a space with serious earning potential:
💼 Average deal values $25-50k
💰 Top billers sitting around $400–500k
Who You Are
You’ve got a year or two under your belt, can actually run a 360 desk, and you’re ready for a new challenge that’s bigger than just a title bump.
You get recruitment. You’ve made placements. You’re coachable but driven. You want to earn six figures, learn fast, and be part of a growing business that backs ambition with structure and reward.
✅ You’ve got 1–3 years’ recruitment experience (any market – Tech, Digital, Finance, Legal, Engineering all work)
